2. What floor plans are available at Notch at Nora?

Notch at Nora offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Visit our Floor Plans page to explore layouts, current pricing, and availability.

3. What are the income requirements?

Applicants must have a verifiable income of at least three times the monthly rent. If there are multiple leaseholders, their combined income will be considered.

4. What are the move-in costs?

The security deposit varies based on the applicant's credit history and ranges from $250 to one month's rent. A $199 administrative fee and a $75 non-refundable application fee for each applicant 18 years of age or older are also required. If you are a pet owner, a $300 non-refundable pet fee that covers up to 2 pets, is due at the time of move-in.

5. Is renter's insurance required?

Yes. All residents are required to maintain renter's insurance with a minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage per occurrence. Proof of insurance is required for each leaseholder.

6. Are utilities included in rent?

No. Water, sewer, trash, and pest control are billed with your monthly rent. Electricity is the resident's responsibility and must be established prior to move-in.

7. What apartment and community amenities are available?

Apartment home features include in-unit washer and dryer, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, modern backsplash, ample closet space, spacious balconies and patios.

Community features include direct access to Monon Trail, resort-style pool and sundeck, dog park, 24-hour fitness center, community room, outdoor grilling area and fire pits, bike storage, 24-hour package room, valet trash and recycling, elevator access.

8. Are washers and dryers included?

Yes. Apartments at Notch at Nora include an in-unit washer and dryer.

9. Does Notch at Nora have a fitness center?

Yes. Residents enjoy access to a fully equipped 24-hour fitness center designed to support a healthy and active lifestyle.

10. Does Notch at Nora have a swimming pool?

Yes. Notch at Nora features a resort-style swimming pool with outdoor lounge areas, creating the perfect space to relax and socialize.

11. Is garage parking available?

No. Notch at Nora does not have garage parking available.

12. Does the community have controlled access?

Yes. Notch at Nora controlled access and key fob entry for added convenience and peace of mind.

13. How are packages delivered?

Residents have access to a 24-hour package room. Contact our leasing team for details about package delivery and pickup.

14. Does Notch at Nora host resident events?

Yes. Residents enjoy a variety of community events throughout the year, including monthly socials, food truck events, pool parties, holiday celebrations, fitness classes, and many other opportunities to connect with neighbors.

15. Is Notch at Nora pet friendly?

Yes. Notch at Nora is pet-friendly and has an on-site dog park.

16. Is Notch at Nora’s pet policy?

There is a $300 one-time non-refundable pet fee (covering up to two pets) and $30 monthly pet rent per pet. There are no weight restrictions. Breed restrictions apply and include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Boxers, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Akitas, and Wolf Hybrids.
